El Paso County and Elbert County partnered with Double El and Agate Conservation Districts again for the 2013 Living Snow Fence program. This marks sixteen years of partnership with El Paso County and fourth year of partnership with Elbert County.

Elbert County- 1 Project

• Resolis Rd (Lasater Ranch) 300 Rocky Mt Junipers, 2,400 feet of weed barrier fabric, and 2,600 feet of barbed wire fence

El Paso County – 2 Projects

• Heaston Rd (Sidney &Shirley Skirvin) 573 Rocky Mt Junipers, 4,580 feet of weed barrier fabric and 4,950 feet of barbed wire fence
• Corona Rd (Robert Wilson) 500 Rocky Mt Junipers, 4,000 ft of weed barrier fabric and 4,500 ft of barbed wire fence
