Shipping
Currently, no items sold by Double El Conservation District are shipped. If any small items (such as irrigation supplies) do become eligible for shipping in the future, they will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail boxes OR via UPS.

Payment
All online payments are processed via PayPal gateway. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure gateway. Neither our website, nor our online ordering option, store your payment details. Payment information is only collected once you are directed to PayPal’s secured page. Returns
Double El Conservation District does not offer returns on any items, with the exception of factory defect irrigation supplies or weed barrier products. Any faults found within these items must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the item, by Contacting Us or by calling (719) 541-2359, Ext. 180.
