Before You Place Your Online Order
We Don’t ‘Ship’ orders – We are happy to provide you the tools to research, learn, view and order from us online.
If you place/pay for an online order, you must pick up your order on the delivery date we notify you of, at our office or warehouse locations, both in Simla, Colorado 80835. We share estimated delivery dates at the beginning of our Tree Program season and will announce/notify you if unforeseen forces in weather or delivery status affect the date(s) previously announced.
If you place a tree order that you can only take delivery via shipped delivery- your only remedy will be a refund consisting of the total of your paid amount less the PayPal transaction fee and a $10 re-stocking charge. If you paid by check, you will incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
We’ve made every effort to let you know – we don’t ship ordered trees – if you choose to order, then cancel, there will be charges for our time/fees spent processing your order/cancellation/refund.
If you planned on picking up your order, but were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will incur a handling/care fee for each day you are late in picking up your order of living trees in need of care.
Please Contact Us if life gets in the way of you picking up your order on the delivery date we notify you of.
We strive to provide the best resources for our community at bottom line cost – we simply cannot continue in our stated goals, without covering these kinds of expenses incurred by circumstances outside our immediate control.
