Notifications for delivery dates for your annual tree order were mailed out regarding dates for pickup of various tree items & given our call volumes, we are concerned that many may not have received their notifications in the mail yet.

Large Tree Orders –

Friday, April 22, 2022 – 8:30-6PM

For those who placed orders that included options from the Large Tree program, Friday, April 22, 2022 is the day for Pick-Up.

If your online order includes “LPT” in the Item# of things you ordered, or you placed a Large Tree Program order via mailed in/dropped off order form, the Large Tree portion of your order is available for pickup on April 22, 2022.

Seedling Tree Orders

Friday, May 6, 2022 -8:30-6PM

For those who placed orders that included options from the Trees for Conservation Seedlings Program, Friday, May 6, 2022 is the day for Pick-Up.

If your online order includes “CSFS” in the Item# of things you ordered, or you placed a Seedling Tree order via mailed in/dropped off order form, the Seedling tree portion of your order is available for pickup on May 6, 2022.

Warehouse where tree orders are picked up is located at 202 Sioux Avenue, Building #4, Simla, Colorado.

Driving Directions:

From Highway 24:

Turn north on Sioux Avenue, and proceed 1 block to the entry for the Town of Simla Police Department, which shows up as Buffalo Street on maps, but is not a throughway.

Turn right and proceed east towards warehouse Building #4.

From Highway 86:

Turn south at the marked “Simla” intersection, onto County Road 125 and travel 9 miles to Simla to the entry way for the Town of Simla Police Department, which shows up as Buffalo Street on maps, but is not a throughway.

Turn left and proceed east towards warehouse Building #4
