Due to ordering trends and supply – favorite seedling tree species are fast going out of stock! Double El CD reserved many of our most popular seedling trees we projected that will be needed to meet our customers’ needs. However, Mar 2nd, we do have to make a decision whether we must release some of our excess back to the nursery or be able to retain it.
Why are we telling you this? We need your help.
Due to the limited stock at CSFS, there are some items, currently, if we turn back in, will quickly be redistributed to other areas, as CSFS Nursery has no additional stock left to fill requests, unless/until we or other conservation districts release holds on our reservations placed last fall. We like to run a tight, efficient operation. If we keep the stock and don’t sell it, well… we shall incur needless costs while others in Colorado who could have put the stock to good use, will do without this year.
With all that being said; If you haven’t place your tree order, consider making your order by March 1st to ensure your desired species are available.
