It is with extreme sadness we report the tragic death of our Agate Conservation District (CD) Board Member, Ed Butler.  

Ed served the Agate CD since 1997.  Most of those years, he served as President.  

His leadership and commitment to the community and conservation efforts will be greatly missed.  

Our deepest sympathy and condolences  to Ed’s family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., at the Warren-Mitchell Event Center, 900 E Avenue, Limon, Colorado.
