Double El CD (DECD) is looking for the 2021 Small Acre Manager, and we need your help!
This will be someone with 100 acres or less who has installed conservation practices and displayed good stewardship of their land. You can nominate a neighbor, or even nominate yourself!!
Things to consider are responsible grazing practices, windbreaks, weed and pest management and even landscaping or any other innovative practices that help to care for the land.
The nominated property must be located within DECD.
Nominations are due by August 10th. We don’t have a special form, all you have to do is email us with the property location, a detailed description of the practices that you find worthy of this award and some pictures.
