A hybrid cottonwood. This is a sterile female, cotton-less variety, with excellent resistance to cold and alkali soils. It prefers sandy loam and loamy sand with good drainage, does need moist soils. May be used in riparian areas.
Potential for fast growing but can be susceptible for canker. While it can be trashy with falling twigs and branches it can attain height up to 70 ft. tall.
